She helps Black women and BIPOC humans in the tech industry unlock their zone of genius, accelerate their career growth, and attract high-paying, high-value opportunities. She’s an amplifier and a valued thought partner! Her God-given purpose in this life is to help people think more highly of themselves, help them unlock their full potential, and design a dream life for themselves that creates wealth and impact for future generations. She loves helping the underestimated and undervalued step into the greatest, highest, next-level version of themselves!

She is a graduate of both Delaware State University and The Ohio State University where is received her Masters in Urban Planning. She is a life long learner and continues to level up and build a legacy in technology. She recently earned her first certification in AI Sprint Facilitation, making her one of the first and only certified practitioners in the world. Jeneba is also completed a certification on AI Product Management in May 2024.

She has over ten years of experience leading SAAS digital product development projects in the tech industry, specifically in the service design, design strategy, and operations space.

Jeneba hosts her own podcast show called “The Self Edit” (which is relaunching March 2024)and is building her brand as a fractional executive in the digital transformation and AI. She also has a media brand and career development platform for Black women in tech called “Bloomology.” She enjoys speaking on digital transformation (systems and tech stacks), the future of work, career development, and career branding for Black technologists.

Her mission continues to be, helping people unlock their zone of genius, stop living under their full power and potential, and step into the best version of themselves.
